4-Pin AMP connector from Scale platform to H2 Scale

Pin 1
 Green +Excitation
Pin 2 Red - Out
Pin 3 White + Out
Pin 4 Black - Excitation

If connector is damaged you can send in platform to have a new connected terminated to cable.  Also most John Deere dealerships (Farm equipment dealers not the garden tractor dealers) will be able to replace the connector.  They will need the pin out above.  The connector needed is a 4 Pin AMP connector with male pins, the connector is used on their speed sensors.

2. Carefully pack up scale system (Scale can be shipped directly in waterproof seahorse case no outer cardboard is required)
