The model 357 uses a 3 point Calibration method
Calibrate the zero point, calibrate at 25lbs and calibrate at 50lbs.
To enter calibration mode you’ll want to have the scale in a stable state with nothing on the platform.
Turn scale on and scale should say 0.00
Press and Hold the ZERO and TARE buttons at the same time until CAL.-? appears on screen.
Press TARE
The following sequence will appear on screen :
CAP.00- -
50.00
d.- -
0.01
CAL.P0
0.00 (last zero will be flashing)
At this point the scale is wanting a zero point calibration.
With nothing on the scale press TARE
CAL.P1 will appear
then 25.00 (last zero will be flashing)
Place 25 lbs on scale then press TARE
CAL.P2 will appear
then 50.00 (last zero will be flashing)
Place 50lbs on scale then press TARE
CAL.P0 will appear.
then 0.00 (last zero will be flashing)
Remove all weight from scale to confirm zero point of scale.
Press TARE and scale will restart with your new calibration.
