If your H2 system is weighing light, check the following:
1. Shroud is placed on table and has signal cord pinched between base and shroud. Cable should exit through notched side of shroud.
2. Overload bolt has loosened and is touching the top plate of scale. There should be 1/4" clearance between bolt head and table top.
3. Miss-alignment of table. To test for this problem, remove shroud, turn upside down and test weigh. If system now reads correct the shroud is rubbing the bottom plate of weigh table. Loosen bolts that secure load cell and align the top plate to match the bottom plate.
